We are Mandy & Gill and we just love making and creating, so Highland Artisans is our favourite place to be! We opened our first shop in Grantown-on-Spey in 2020 (in between lockdowns!!!)....and have had an amazing time growing the business over these past few years! We recently took a leap of faith and have moved into the old Royal Bank of Scotland building, still here in Grantown, but with lots more space! We are now able to have a permanent workshop space where we can run classes whenever we want...which is just awesome!
At HIGHLAND ARTISANS we are all about HANDMADE....
As well as selling all kinds of fabulous handmade things, we also run lots of Workshops where you can learn some new skills while making something beautiful to take home! Keep an eye open for what's coming up on our Workshops page, or drop us a message if you would like to be added to our Mailing List.
CRAFTING GROUPS....
If you have a few friends and would like to arrange a workshop on a day and time that would suit you, we are happy to discuss options...get in touch....we love to chat about crafting!!
We are always on the lookout for talented people that want to share their skills in a workshop, so if you are one...or know someone who is...let us know!
KIDS CRAFTING....
We absolutely love getting kids involved in creating and making. As well as running kids crafting sessions in the shop during school holidays, we also do Kids Crafts at events and fayres, which is always great fun!!

KID'S PARTY
We were so chuffed to have Mandy and Gill from Highland Artisans with us for Ailish's 8th birthday party.
They are amazing, they rock up, relaxed and chilled, set up before you've even had time to offer them a cuppa, then they're ready to go! The girls, and Callum, got to choose which piece they wanted to work with, then were guided and helped design them. At the end, they all got to take their artwork home, and in a flash, Mandy & Gill had tidied everything away. You honestly wouldn't have known what had been going on just 10 mins before! Not even a sparkle of glitter anywhere
I can't recommend them enough, it was absolutely fantastic!

Thank you for a lovely creative evening. I took part in Highland Artisans 'sew a summer bag' and as a complete novice at sewing I enjoyed the evening, learnt a lot and am very proud of my bag.

This is a fab shop in Grantown. Love all their unusual gifts and they have the best locally produced chutney and jams.
